The Agency name was chosen to signify our location. We are located in the heart of the great state of Louisiana, near the Delta Region, and we are proud to be Americans. As a woman-owned business, American Delta Insurance Services is an expression of entrepreneurship and courage to achieve the American dream. Most importantly, at the heart of our business, service to our customers. We strive to offer exceptional customer service and work to make each customer a lifelong friend.

After 30 years in the insurance business, Donna wanted to open an Agency where customers become more than a name on a policy. At a time when the “mom and pop” insurance shop is a rarity, and Corporate-owned Agencies become more and more prevalent, Donna took the chance to open an office that provides personal, one-on-one customer service, with a broad menu of competitive Insurance products.
